  • The Rise Of Nisha Ahuja: Balancing Passion And Profession

The Rise Of Nisha Ahuja: Balancing Passion And Profession By Anushka Sharma The Rise Of Nisha Ahuja: Balancing Passion And Profession 14 August 2024 FASHION Advertisement Advertisement Advertisement In the ever-evolving landscape of content creation, Nisha Ahuja is emerging as a standout figure whose journey is as inspiring as it is remarkable. Combining a deep-rooted passion for fashion with a methodical approach to content creation, Nisha's ascent to prominence reflects both dedication and strategic foresight. Nisha’s journey began with a simple but profound love for fashion. "I always had a passion for fashion and creating content," she shares. Her venture into the world of content creation was spontaneous yet purposeful. "One day, I just started making Reels. The whole motive was just about my passion for fashion ," she reflects, highlighting the organic nature of her beginnings. A significant breakthrough came just a month into her content creation journey when she secured a contract with Myntra, a leading fashion e-commerce platform. "Myntra actually signed a contract with me for a year," Nisha recounts. This pivotal moment transformed her from an enthusiastic creator posting casually to a structured influencer with a well-planned content calendar. Despite the glamour of brand collaborations, Nisha remains grounded, attributing her success to her genuine enjoyment of the content creation process. "I really loved and enjoyed the process. That’s why I’m still continuing my 9 to 5 and content creation," she explains. Her ability to juggle a stable job with her creative pursuits is a testament to her dedication and exceptional time management skills. Nisha’s insights into the evolving dynamics of content creation offer valuable lessons for aspiring influencers . She sheds light on the barter deals that often characterize early stages in the industry. "They used to give me a voucher of 10k to shop and create content. It wasn’t money, but for fashion people, clothes were a big deal," she notes. However, as creators build their communities and prove their value, she emphasizes the importance of transitioning to fair compensation. "Once you’ve built a community and can provide brands with value, creators deserve to be paid. Nothing comes for free." Balancing a corporate career with content creation is no small feat, and Nisha's approach is both practical and inspiring. "If you have responsibilities and need stable income, a job is essential. But if you're passionate, you should explore content creation as a career option," she advises. Her ability to excel in both realms underscores her organizational prowess and passion for her work. The content creation industry is rife with opportunities, and Nisha is optimistic about its future. She encourages greater inclusivity, noting, "There are a lot of opportunities for everyone," and urges more men to explore this field. Yet, she also cautions against the pitfalls of relying solely on barter collaborations, advocating for a shift towards paid engagements as creators gain experience. Nisha's success is highlighted by a viral reel that amassed 16 million views, a testament to her relatable and engaging content. "It’s a lovely feeling, but it attracts a lot of attention, not all of it positive. Still, the recognition from brands is invaluable," she reflects, demonstrating her resilience amidst the challenges of fame. In addition to fashion, Nisha delves into lifestyle and food content, showcasing her versatility and creative spirit. Her talent for transforming thrifted pieces into fashionable outfits resonates with her audience, reflecting her ability to push creative boundaries. Inspired by creators like Komal Pandey, Nisha continues to experiment and innovate within the fashion space. To combat creative burnout, Nisha advocates for regular breaks and reconnecting with nature. "Timely breaks are important. I do yoga and listen to Sadhguru’s videos to recharge myself," she shares. Her approach to maintaining a healthy work-life balance is crucial in the fast-paced world of social media. As Nisha navigates her engagement and family responsibilities, she appreciates the multifaceted role of managing both personal and professional aspects of life. "It's a task, but I really appreciate girls who are managing families and content creation. It's like your own little business, and you're working 24x7," she says, acknowledging the dedication required to balance these roles. Looking forward, Nisha envisions a future filled with opportunities and accolades. "I want to be seen and appreciated for my content. I see myself working with big brands and designers, doing fashion shows, and receiving awards," she concludes, underscoring her entrepreneurial spirit and relentless drive. Nisha Ahuja’s journey exemplifies how passion, hard work, and resilience can lead to extraordinary success. As the content creation industry continues to evolve, her story serves as a powerful reminder of what can be achieved with dedication and a clear vision. • Male Fashion and Masculinity

Male Fashion and Masculinity by Priti Sharma Male Fashion and Masculinity 8 November 2022 FASHION Advertisement Advertisement Advertisement “Fashion is knowing who you are, what you want to say, and not giving a damn.”- Orson Welles. A flower of creativity has blossomed in men’s fashion in recent years, igniting the menswear renaissance and refashioning archaic historical ideas of what it means to be masculine or feminine. In particular, feminine and masculine have been shaped and constrained by the gendered expectations of fashion: skirts and dresses are girly, whereas suits are for men; heels are for women, and sports or athletic gear is more masculine. This debate over who should wear what has persisted throughout history. Because of these harmful ideas about what it means to be a man, men are expected to dress nicely to be considered "truly masculine," or else they become weak, frail, feminine, or gay. But none of these terms—"feminine," "gay," "soft," or "fragile"—should ever be used as a derogatory epithet. “The ‘manly men’ are those who have the strength and courage to dress in whatever they are confident and comfortable with and most importantly of their preference.” For many centuries, the way men dressed was regulated—with strict guidelines—in terms of their position in the social hierarchy. Fashion has long been political and associated with power. Men in the seventeenth century were demonstrating traits of power when they appeared in flamboyant velvet and lace ensembles, caps decorated with ostrich feathers, and red-heeled shoes. The French Revolution ushered in significant change as well as the beginnings of more gender-neutral male attire. Male fashion these days follows different channels of transformation. The regular grooming of males is increasingly including makeup. The goal of skincare for men does not include making them seem attractive. In Western consumer shops, the moisturizer was formerly prohibited, but today it's ubiquitous, according to Gough. Along with other roles traditionally held by women, such as parenting and cooking, "makeup is one of the last bastions of femininity that males are creeping onto." Is the future of masculinity being defined by current trends in fashion? Probably, yes. Billy Porter's performance as "a living piece of political art" as he walked the Oscars red carpet in a tuxedo ball gown is evidence of the changes that have taken place, but when might those Hollywood fantasies come true for the average person? While certain Dusty Springfield-inspired miniskirts (from Charles Jeffrey) are regarded a tad "full-on," leopard print, neon, and "mirts"—men's skirts—are highlighted in British GQ's chart of menswear trends for Autumn/Winter 2019. Harry Styles utilizes the language of fashion to debunk common notions about what it means to be a man. Styles has now been able to modify the stereotypical image of conventional masculinity that the media marketed during his One Direction days as an ultra-male womanizer by changing his appearance. He cheerfully explains that he cherishes being in touch with his femininity as he openly flaunts nail paint, glittery suits, tutus, tiaras, and gowns today. No less of a man is Styles as a result of this. However, the boundaries imposed by toxic masculinity are starting to dissolve as menswear possibilities finally move away from this constricting gendered split. In December 2020, Styles became the first guy to appear alone on the cover of Vogue while proudly wearing a dress. Many people appreciated his cover, but it also sparked debate. In response, conservative writer Candace Owens tweeted, "There is no civilization that can thrive without strong males... Bring back the strong guys”. When he shared another image of himself posing for his Variety cover shot in a baby blue pleated suit with white ruffles and a V-neck cut, Styles deftly flipped her statements on their head by explicitly repeating them. His article exposes the toxic masculinity that permeates our culture and demonstrates the fact that a guy may define what it means to be "manly" for himself. Whether he is wearing a dress or not, he is still just as much of a man. Contrasted sharply with 19th-century fashion, which grew much more gender-specific, is this opulently masculine style. Men who wore skirts stopped wearing them once trousers became the norm. The "gentleman" was developed, and the suit developed into the pinnacle of masculine style, signifying male virility, power, and professionalism. In the modern office, menswear nearly always centers on the suit, which is often simple and dark in color. The tie, another not-so-subtle emblem of manhood, completes the look. However, the boundaries imposed by toxic masculinity are starting to dissolve as menswear possibilities finally move away from this constricting gendered split. While the western world is comfortable with women wearing trousers and male attire but a slight change in male fashion and beauty standards questions their masculinity. Because of cultural changes, there is no longer a harmful clothing code for being a guy. Even Daniel Craig attended the most recent James Bond premiere in a pink velvet suit. Daniel Craig's ability to dazzle the red carpet in a vision of pink illustrates just how much the idea of "manliness" has altered. As Harry Styles has demonstrated, being a man today can mean anything one wants it to mean. The'manly guys' are those who have the guts and strength to dress whatever they like. #MaleFashion #Masculinity #Feminine #Manly #Gender #GenderSpecific #BillyPorter #HarryStyles #Masculine #DanielCraig #Skincare #MakeUp SEARCH Why does Fashion Need Fashion Shows FASHION From Dreams To Crowns: Anuradha Garg’s Inspiring Mrs. India Story FASHION Colour Psychology in Fashion: Explained FASHION Legendary Female Icons Who Made Fashion Statements In The 20th Century FASHION The House of Chanel: History FASHION POPULAR POSTS Advertisement Advertisement Advertisement By Sakshi Shah Elie Saab H&M Is Bringing The Red Carpet Home 13 September 2026 FASHION By Sakshi Shah The Art Of Resort Dressing, According To Hanne Bloch 30 July 2026 FASHION By Sakshi Shah The New Foundations Of Style, According To Invogue 27 June 2026 FASHION By Sakshi Shah What's The Colour Of My Voice: Inside The Wonderfully Strange World Of Absent Findings' SS27 23 June 2026 FASHION RELATED POSTS Advertisement

  • Not a beach body, but a fit body

Not a beach body, but a fit body LIFESTYLE Not a beach body, but a fit body by Raunak Singh Hooda 1 June 2021 Advertisement “A sound body keeps a sound mind.” We hear this saying so often around us, this is what our parents, school teachers, and elders tell us when they need to emphasize the importance of exercise in our lives. So let’s try to understand what this means. In today’s fast-paced world, where productivity and profit are given the highest priority, and general well-being takes a backseat in light of extreme capitalism, it is imperative that people become more aware of how their body functions, and why it is necessary to keep it fit. The first and foremost cause of physical deterioration of the body lies in the mental state of a person. With many social media platforms growing increasingly toxic, a large number of people today are facing mental health issues that are deep-rooted, and these are primarily hurting the physical well-being of these people. Exercise has been found to be one of the major protectors of a person’s mental well-being. Exercise improves mental health by reducing anxiety, depression, and negative mood, and by improving self-esteem and cognitive function. Exercise has also been found to alleviate symptoms such as low self-esteem and social withdrawal. Lack of exercise also has a cause-effect relationship with obesity. A lack of proper exercise causes it, and a lack of proper exercise is also induced by it. In 2019, an estimated 38.2 million children under the age of five were found to be suffering from obesity. Why it is a problem is because raised BMI is a major risk factor for noncommunicable diseases such as cardiovascular diseases, musculoskeletal disorders(especially osteoarthritis), and even some forms of cancer. Regular physical exercise increases people’s energy expenditure, which can help them stay in energy balance, and even lose weight, as long as they don’t overcompensate for the number of calories burned during the exercise period. Physical exercise also decreases the fat around the waist and total body fat, hence slowing down the advancement of abdominal obesity. Exercise also helps to lower the blood cholesterol levels, hence lowering chances of a heart attack. Physical exercise is also recommended by doctors due to the fact, that it influences the person and the body to form a habit. If a person decides to start exercising, it will naturally boost good hormones such as serotonin, which leaves them feeling better, and that leads to the mind automatically convincing the rest of the body to make a habit out of it, so that boosts in mood and energy can be experienced more often. Hence, fitness and exercise can really improve the quality of life of an individual, and following such a lifestyle may just be the deciding factor for a healthier and longer life. • Jainil Mehta: A Soulful Symphony

Jainil Mehta: A Soulful Symphony LIFESTYLE Jainil Mehta: A Soulful Symphony by Akshra Khandelwal 6 September 2023 Advertisement Dance has the power to captivate hearts and stir emotions like nothing else. Unearthing the Passion "How did you discover your passion for dance, and what inspired you to pursue it professionally?" The allure of dance grew stronger, and by Grade 6, Jainil realized that his calling extended beyond performing; he was also drawn to teaching and choreography. This revelation inspired him to pursue dance professionally, and after Grade 12, he sought formal education in the art by applying to dance colleges. The Synchronization of Dance and the Online World Jainil's online journey commenced in May 2019 when he was in search of dancers to join his classes. Instagram and Youtube played crucial roles in connecting him with potential students and fellow dance creators, making his online presence a vital part of his dance career. • Ferrari Luce And The Beauty Of Doing Less

Ferrari Luce And The Beauty Of Doing Less LIFESTYLE Ferrari Luce And The Beauty Of Doing Less By Anurag Sen 12 February 2026 Advertisement Some cars impress you instantly. Others grow on you the longer you sit with them. Ferrari Luce belongs firmly to the second kind. The more you look, the more it reveals, not through excess or spectacle, but through restraint. As a car enthusiast, that is what makes it exciting. Ferrari has not tried to overwhelm the senses here. Instead, it has chosen to calm them. https://video.wixstatic.com/video/08ff15_4864ed8e78dd45a4bdd3b2e25e62567e/1080p/mp4/file.mp4 What stands out immediately about the Luce is how confident the interior feels. There is no desperation to prove that it is electric. No giant screens screaming for attention. No cluttered interfaces trying to do everything at once. The cabin feels composed, almost meditative, designed around the driver rather than technology. It reminds you that Ferrari still believes driving is an experience first, not a software demonstration. The design language is subtle, but deeply considered. The cabin is treated as one clean volume, with every element placed where it naturally belongs. Controls feel intentional. Physical buttons, toggles, and dials return with purpose, and they feel right. There is something deeply satisfying about touching a control and feeling a response instead of swiping at glass. Ferrari understands this instinctively, and Luce reflects that understanding beautifully. The steering wheel is a perfect example of this philosophy. It carries a simplified three spoke design that quietly nods to Ferrari’s heritage while feeling thoroughly modern. Exposed aluminium elements are not hidden away, but celebrated. The layout feels intuitive, almost familiar, as if you do not need to learn it. It just works. That sense of familiarity is rare in modern interiors, especially in electric cars, and Ferrari deserves credit for preserving it. Then there is the binnacle, arguably the most striking feature of the interior. This is where Luce truly shines. The blend of physical needles with digital displays is not just visually impressive, it feels emotionally right. The needle adds soul. The screen adds clarity. Together, they create an interface that feels alive rather than artificial. The fact that the binnacle moves with the steering wheel only strengthens that connection between driver and machine. It feels like the car is responding to you, not the other way around. Overhead controls and the carefully arranged center console add to this cockpit like atmosphere. Nothing feels wasted. Nothing feels decorative for the sake of it. Ferrari and LoveFrom have clearly spent time thinking about how hands move, how eyes travel, and how moments inside a car actually unfold. It is design rooted in use, not just aesthetics. Material choice plays a quiet but powerful role. Recycled aluminium is machined and finished with care, giving it depth and texture. Glass surfaces feel purposeful rather than flashy. Even the key becomes part of the experience, turning the act of starting the car into something almost ceremonial. These are small details, but they are the kind enthusiasts notice and appreciate. What Ferrari Luce proves is that progress does not need to be loud. It can be elegant. It can be focused. It can respect the driver. In a time where interiors are becoming more distracting than engaging, Luce feels like a return to clarity. A reminder that great design does not shout. It invites you in and lets you discover it at your own pace. And that, perhaps, is why this car feels special. It trusts the driver.
